Freight it charged a standard rate and I Use USPS or Ups depending on the size of the package.

At the moment we do not do international Shipping However we make a exception so please contact us first .

Are you Local To Nashville ?

 Yes! all our work is Done out Of Mt Juliet TN a Suburb 25mins East of Nashville. If your local you can drop off your gear and get it worked on.

I want something Special Painted on my Guitar Or I want to paint it a specific color; Will you do it and How much will it cost?

Yes! the business was build on custom work and making peoples dreams come true. Weather you want a Custom paintjob or a Custom Built guitar or pedal  please contact US via the contact page for a quote!

I want a specific sound or pedal can you build me a custom one ?

 

Yes! QCD can build you your own custom pedal built to your tone. Weather you want a vintage Fuzz you cannot afford or a tone of a favorite guitar player we are here to try and get you the sound you're after. 

 

How to Return: 

 

We do not accept returns once material is shipped. If you need to cancel, please do it before item ships.

If item for some reason suffers from workmanship error we will Gladly Fix/Replace.  

 

 

Warranty:

All Qcd products Have a 1 year warranty on workmanship or defects. Special Exceptions may apply reach out to us we stand by our craftsman ship and are happy to help anyway we can.
